Chaga has been consumed for several centuries in Eastern Europe for its medicinal properties. Its very high nutritional value has greatly increased its popularity in recent years. It is credited with the ability to regulate the digestive system, control high blood pressure, and support the immune system, among other benefits, but it is primarily consumed for its high antioxidant content and its antitumour properties, which science is beginning to acknowledge.

chaga
A medicinal mushroom from our terroir
Chaga mushrooms grow on birch trees and have an irregular shape with a dark, rough and crevassed texture on the outside and a rusty-brown colour on the inside.
We ensure a sustainable harvest. Part of the chaga only is collected, allowing the mushroom to continue its growth.
