Satisfaction Warranty

Please note that wild plants, which are often slower to germinate, also tend to have a lower germination rate than cultivated or annual varieties that some people are used to growing. However, if after following the detailed instructions in the product's cultivation notes, you are not satisfied with the germination rates, you can contact us to arrange an exchange or a refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders are generally shipped within approximately 48 to 72 hours, during which time you can request to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, you have 30 days to request a return. Seed packets must be unopened and returned to us in good condition before a refund can be issued. The customer will need to cover the return shipping costs.
