Shipping policy

Delivery is available across Canada at a cost calculated based on your shipping address and the weight of your order, or free for orders of $75 or more.

During the Canada Post rotating strikes, you can choose to have your deliveries handled by several other carriers. The options available will be shown to you during checkout. 

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order, and usually ranges between $6 and $20.

Order Processing and Delivery Times
Please allow approximately 2 to 3 business days for order processing and preparation, plus 1 to 5 business days for delivery, depending on the distance and the delivery option you selected.

Please note that from May to October, processing times may be extended to 3 to 4 business days, as our team is mostly in the field for seed production. Thank you for your understanding!

Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. In the case of an address error made by the customer and the return of the package to Akène Indigenous Seeds, shipping fees will be charged again to resend the package to the correct address.
