Combo containing 4 of Odile’s favourites, Akene's Head of Production and Horticultural Resources.
These four highly ornamental native species attract pollinators and promote biodiversity.
- American spikenard, for its uniquely flavoured berries. She describes the taste as peppery boreal forest. A beautiful shade to partial-shade plant with great culinary potential.
- Wild senna, for its lovely yellow flowers, which she finds spectacular and unusual. An original ornamental plant that deserves more recognition!
- Dotted mint, for its unique flowers, which she finds stunning. She has spent countless moments admiring them up close, fascinated by their delicate details.
- Purple-flowering raspberry, because, in her words, it looks like a mix between a maple (for its leaves), a rose (for its flowers), and a raspberry (for its fruit). The taste of its berries slightly reminds her of raspberry yogurt.
