Combo containing 6 seed packets of medicinal plants, carefully selected by Gourmet Sauvage.

  • Yarrow, a hardy perennial highly valued in herbal medicine. Its white flowers are commonly used as an infusion to relieve various digestive issues, reduce menstrual pain, lower fever, and combat infections.

  • Common self-heal, a native groundcover plant with numerous medicinal properties—hence one of its common names “heal-all.” It spreads easily in lawns, roadsides, and uncultivated areas, where it is easily recognized by its creeping habit and dark green foliage.

  • Great mullein, a biennial plant known for its various medicinal uses. Its flowers and leaves are often used to soothe respiratory ailments such as cough, bronchitis, and mucous membrane inflammation.

  • St. John's wort, a beautiful yellow-flowered perennial with a long history of medicinal use, particularly known for its beneficial effects on the nervous system.

  • Fireweed, a spectacular native perennial with various medicinal properties, including anti-inflammatory and soothing effects.

  • Blue vervain, a lovely native perennial with purple flowers and several medicinal applications. In herbal medicine, it is considered a bitter tonic and is often used in tincture form due to its intensely bitter taste.

    Sowing and cultivation, technical details

See the cultivation notes on the product page for each of these seeds.

The seeds of common self-heal, great mullein, fireweed and blue vervain require cold stratification to ensure germination. See the cultivation notes on each species’ product page for more details.
